Welcome to Iselborn Chiropractic and Physical Therapy. Our doctors, therapists and staff provide an integrative and holistic approach to healthcare for individuals of all ages and athletes of all levels and disciplines. We are known nationally for providing a comprehensive ‘team’ approach to sports and spinal injuries.
We offer our patients personalized quality healthcare and understand each individual’s uniqueness. Our services include chiropractic, physical therapy, spinal decompression, Active Release Technique, Graston Technique, athletic training, medical massage therapy, acupuncture and much more. Dr. Anthony Iselborn, DC, DACBSP, ATC, LAT, CSCS, FIAMA, PES
Dr. Iselborn completed undergraduate studies at the University of the State of New York and the University of Florida. He received his Chiropractic Degree from Life Chiropractic College in 1984. He is Board Certified as a Diplomate of the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians (DACBSP).
Dr. Iselborn is credentialed by the National Athletic Trainers Association as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES).
He is fellowship trained to perform acupuncture by the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture (FIAMA). He is also certified in Dry Needling Trigger Point Technique. In 1999 and 2000 Dr. Iselborn was selected by the United States Olympic Committee to provide chiropractic care at the Colorado Springs Olympic Training Center. He is a member of the United States Olympic Sports Medicine Society and The American Chiropractic Association Sports Injury Council.
Dr. Iselborn is the team chiropractor for the Jacksonville Jaguars and is a member of the Professional Football Chiropractic Society.
He has extensive training and has been certified to perform Active Release Technique (ART), Graston Soft Tissue Technique Procedures, Kinesiotaping, and is FAKTR Certified (Functional and Kinetic Treatment with Rehabilitation)
Dr. Iselborn served as a member of the United States Olympic Committee Sports Medicine Tea at the 2011 Pan American Games.
Dr. Iselborn was selected and served with the United States Olympic Team as a member of the medical staff for the Games of the XXX Olympiad in London, England in 2012.
Dr. Nathanial Stegehuis, Chiropractor
Dr. Nathanial Stegehuis, DC grew up 15 minutes outside of Detroit, MI. In the summer of 2008, he enlisted in the United States Army as a combat medic. While in the Army he had the opportunity to serve overseas in Southern Afghanistan. Following his enlistment, he enrolled at Central Michigan University, where he graduated with honors with a degree in exercise science. Following his undergraduate education, he pursued his doctorate in Chiropractic at Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, FL, graduating in March of 2019 with honors. Dr. Nate’s interests include sports, acupuncture, and active release technique. In his spare time he enjoys spending time outdoors, training his 1 year old dog, Lana, and is currently learning to play golf and speak Spanish.
Dr. Kaitlyn Iselborn, PT, DPT, CSMS
Dr. K. Iselborn is a graduate of Florida State University, where she received her B.S. in Exercise Science in 2013. She went on to attend University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, where she attained her degree as a Doctor of Physical Therapy, graduating with honors. While in school, she was fortunate enough to have been provided with many opportunities to work in environments that allowed her to advance her medical knowledge, including an internship at the Mayo Clinic, and the ability to provide medical coverage for the 2017 Disney Marathon.
Having graduated with her Doctorate in April of 2018, Dr. K is educated and up-to-date on the most recent evidence-based practice standards and has already furthered her education with becoming a Certified Sportsmetrics Specialist (CSMS).
Dr. K. Iselborn is a Jacksonville native and attended The Bolles School (class of 2009), where she was a competitive athlete, competing in varsity Cross Country and Track and Field. She continued her running career in college at FSU, where she was a member of the Cross Country and Track and Field travel teams.
As a product of her days as a competitive runner, Dr. Iselborn has a strong passion for treating athletes of all levels and knows the importance of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and recovery.
Outside of the office, she continues to lead an active lifestyle, running and spending as much time outdoors as possible. In her spare time, she enjoys experimenting with new recipes, reading, and spending time with her family and friends.
Amber Lacinak-Jones, Massage Therapist
Amber is a Licensed Massage Therapist who enjoys working with a large range of age and activity levels, to help achieve personal goals through therapeutic massage techniques. She believes massage can help alleviate many pain issues that can keep us from doing the things we love to do.
Amber has worked as a massage therapist for more than 10 years, is Nationally Board Certified, and belongs to massage associations that keep her up-to-date with the latest and best ways to supply her patients with quality care.
Amber graduated from Palm Beach Academy of Health and Beauty in Lake Park, FL, has volunteered her services to hospice nurses, health fairs and sporting events. In Amber’s free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, mountain biking, gardening, cooking, and playing with their three dogs.
Jimmy Acosta, Therapy Assistant
Jimmy has been a member of our team for close to 16 years, providing our clinicians with assistance including providing modalities, assisting with certain exercises, and assisting with orthotic fitting. In his spare time, Jimmy enjoys spending quality time with his wife, Rosa, and their 13 grandchildren.
