What to expect:
One of the athletic trainers will walk you through the process of the AlterG Anti-Gravity Treadmill and how to use it. They will fit you in a pair of shorts that allow you to zip into the AlterG to allow for proper body weight calibration. You will stay zipped in the entire time. They will make sure the AlterG is fit properly to you so you are comfortable. They will show you how to get out when you are finished. The athletic trainers are available for assistance and any questions you may have, they will check on you regularly during your time on the AlterG.
